PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing Phyllanthus urinaria extract and stabilized polymersomes is provided to enhance anti-wrinkling, skin elasticity, and skin moisturizing. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for improving skin elasticity contains a stabilized polymersomes as an active ingredient, containing Phyllanthus urinaria extract and anti-aging peptides. The anti-aging peptides are palmitoyl tripeptide-5 or diaminopropionoyl triepeptide-33. The stabilized polymersom is ABcell.
