PURPOSE: An apparatus for reducing electric power is provided to reduce heat and resistance generated in power transmission by forming electronics in an external leading wire to be a pair through a rotating electromagnetic wave. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic layer(11) generates a rotating electromagnetic wave. An insulating plate(12) insulates power. A conductive plate(13) is arranged on a top part of the insulating plate. The conductive plate outputs the rotating electromagnetic wave through a wire(14) to the outside. The wire is parallelly connected with a load provided with the power.
