PURPOSE: An LED driving circuit and an LED device using the same are provided to prevent the malfunction of a dimmer by suppressing the deterioration of a current. CONSTITUTION: A switching power unit(500) includes a switching device and a switching current detecting unit. A first control unit(5) controls a switching device to have a desirable current value. A second control unit(6) controls the switching device to have a desirable current. A switching unit(4) controls the first and second control units.
