<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actionable e-mail document. <P>SOLUTION: Data included in an e-mail document is used by a received reply e-mail document, and some action can be executed in response to a field identifier corresponding to a metadata field in relation to the data. A related field identifier corresponding to a known field of the metadata gives some estimation about the semantic meaning and/or syntactic restraint of data to which the field identifier relates. In implementation to be explained, an actionable e-mail document module prepares an e-mail document having a block mapped into a metadata field.
