<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a new measure for appropriately suppressing induction of idling slide in a shaft different from the shaft which has carried out idling slide. <P>SOLUTION: A coefficient K is assumed as K=1 when generation of idling slide is not detected in other shafts, and when detected, it is assumed as the value computed in a K calculation part 51, during a control parameter value changing period Pp after being detected until time Tp passes. This switching is carried out by a timer switch 53. The K calculation part 51 determines whether generation of idling slide is detected in other shafts based on the other shafts information input from the other shafts, and when there is the detected shaft, determines the coefficient K based on a positional relationship of the idling slide shaft and the own shaft. Also during a control parameter value changing period Pp, a reduction control value is also changed by a timer switch 54.
