PURPOSE: A ventilation system for a building is provided to prevent indoor air temperature from being drastically changed by outdoor air in ventilation. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation system for a building comprises a supply channel(200), an exhaust channel(300), a heat exchanger(500), and a circulating pipe(400). Outdoor air flows into the building through the supply channel. The air supplied to the building through the supply channel is circulated through the exhaust channel and discharges to the outside of the building. The heat exchanger is installed in the supply channel. The circulating pipe circulates heat exchange water to the heat exchanger to exchange the heat exchange water with temperature of water stored in a water tank.
