<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting machine which suppresses the increase of the machine size in an X direction. <P>SOLUTION: A mounting machine 100 includes a base 1, a wafer holding table 5 which holds a bare chip and moves in a Y direction relative to the base 1, a push-up unit 7 having a mechanism which pushes up the bare chip held on the wafer holding table 5 from below and moves in at least an X direction relative to the base 1, a take out unit 6 having a mechanism which suctions the bare chip pushed up by the push-up unit 7 and moves in at least the X direction relative to the base 1, and a head unit which receives the bare chip from the take out unit 6 and mounts the bare chip on a printed substrate P. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
