<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for installing a seat without requiring exclusive parts for the structure or increasing the number of parts. <P>SOLUTION: The seat cushion fixing structure includes: a seat cushion with an opening through which a buckle passes; a wire embedded in the seat cushion; and an inner belt bracket for arranging the buckle in a body panel. The wire has a part exposed from the seat cushion in the opening of the seat cushion.
