RESONANT VIBRATION SCREEN

The device relates to the field of screening bulk materials and can be used by processing enterprises. The resonant vibration screen comprises a body (1), a sifting device (2) which is mounted at an inclination within the body, an input nozzle (3) which is arranged above the sifting device, a nozzle for discharging the finished product (4) and a nozzle for discharging the siftings (5), which nozzles are arranged under the sifting device, oscillation generators (6) and (7) fixed on opposite walls of the body, and frequency converters (8) and (9), each of which is arranged outside the body and is electrically connected to one of the oscillation generators such that the frequency of the supply voltage can be controlled. The sifting device consists of a sifting net (10) and a resonating grating (11) fixed below the latter, and is mounted at an inclination in the direction of movement of the material being sifted to the nozzle for discharging the siftings, and the sifting device is kinematically connected to the oscillation generators by means of mechanical transmission of oscillations to the resonating grating with the aid of levers (12) and (13). The proposed resonant vibration screen is distinguished by high efficiency, a simple construction, and reliability and economy during operation, which ensures a significant economic effect from the use thereof.
