<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel, which is capable of adjusting a gap between the lenses which tend to affect on the field curvature to restrict field curvature to prevent decrease in resolution of imaging lens, an imaging device and a portable terminal apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The lens barrel comprises: a lens holder 3; an imaging lens 1 which is constituted of plural lenses 2 equal to or more than three fitted by the lens holder 3; and a resin spacer 6c having elasticity in a direction of optical axis at a portion between the lenses 2 which tends to affect on the field curvature more than other portion between the lenses 2 in the imaging lens 1. The resin spacer 6c is positioned and fixed in a deformed state while depressing the portion between the lenses 2 which tends to affect on the field curvature.
