PURPOSE: A capacitive touch screen panel having high refractive index is provided to minimize light loss by adding a high refractive index layer in an upper part and a lower part of a transparent conductive layer. CONSTITUTION: An upper adhesion layer(120a) is formed in the lower part of a substrate. An upper transparent conductive layer(130a) is formed in the bottom side of the upper adhesion layer. A lower adhesion layer(120b) is formed in the bottom side of the upper transparent conductive layer. A lower transparent conductive layer(130b) is formed in the bottom side of the lower adhesion layer. A transparent protection coating layer(140a) is formed in the bottom side of the lower transparent conductive layer. A high refractive index layer is formed between the upper adhesion layer and the upper transparent conductive layer.
