PURPOSE: A network system and a control method thereof are provided to check an abnormal specific component, thereby operating the specific component in a safe mode. CONSTITUTION: A specific component(C) is operated. An abnormal state is determined during an operation of the specific component. If the abnormal state is recognized, the specific component operates in a safe mode. The abnormal state occurs when a current which is higher than a reference value is supplied to the component or an energy consuming unit which configures the component.
