PURPOSE: An arrangement method of multimedia data based on MEMS is provided to arrange data in consideration of head search time on a two-dimensional plane through MEMS storage medium. CONSTITUTION: Data in storage medium is classified into locations of parallel processed data. Requests about the storage medium are classified into a location which does not need to find a head. The data is arranged in consideration of parallel properties and search distance. Neighbor blocks up to 20 are arranged in the different area.
