PURPOSE: A parking management system using a solar cell is provided to manage a parking space through an unmanned method by charging power to a battery through a solar cell through monitoring the parking space. CONSTITUTION: In a parking management system using a solar cell, a sensor uses energy charged in a battery. An infrared sensor detects the existence of a vehicle and outputs it through a wire. A sensing unit is divided into a slave and a master. The MCU of a mater is connected to a PC and supplies information transmitted from the slave in wireless. A screen receives information and outputs real situation.
