PURPOSE: A producing method of hard cheese containing makgeolri(raw rice wine) is provided to use gas generation power of yeast contained in the makgeolri for obtaining the cheese. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of hard cheese containing makgeolri comprises the following steps: low temperature sterilizing raw milk, and cooling; adding the makgeolri into the sterilized raw milk, and inserting a starter for fermenting and coagulating to obtain curd; stirring the coagulated curd for removing whey; and molding and compressing the curd before aging.
