PURPOSE:To reduce a pushing load, and to cope with the increase of contact effectively in an IC socket, which lowers an actuator to push a pressure receiver part of a contact and release the contact from a lead, resisting the elastic force, by dispersing peaks of the pushing load. CONSTITUTION:When an actuator 3 is pushed, resisting the elastic force of a curved spring part 2c of a contact 2, a lever 5 is displaced along the pushing surface 3a of the actuator 3, and a contact part 2e of the contact 2 is moved outside and backward to release the contact 2 from a lead of an IC package. A pushing load can be dispersed to reduce the pushing load, and the increase of the number of pole of a contact is coped with effectively by setting peaks D3, D4 of a pushing load per each contact group. |
