<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug body on a door blocking an entrance port of an outer tank and a rotary drum, which has a good blocking property, prevents the laundry from getting entangled, and does not narrow the capacity inside the rotary drum. <P>SOLUTION: The door of a drum type washing machine has the plug body opposite to the entrance port of the outer tank. The plug body includes: a front peripheral face for blocking the entrance port of the outer tank when the door is closed; a back peripheral face extending backward from the front peripheral face, and having a rear end entering the inside of the entrance port of the rotary drum; and a rear end face for blocking the area surrounded by the back peripheral face. The rear end face is bent toward the front so that at least center part thereof is positioned forward of the entrance port of the rotary drum, and at least the center part is recessed when viewed from the inside of the rotary drum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
