<p>A method, a device and a system for a terminal to access a network are provided in the present invention, which relates to the communication field in order to solve the Common Control Channel (CCCH) congestion caused by a great deal of terminals accessing the network at the same time and the high delay when the terminal accessing the network. The technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes that: an expanded CCCH is configured for a cell; a first system message is sent to a terminal in the cell, the first system message includes the information for indicating that there is an expanded CCCH in the cell and the configuration information of the expanded CCCH, and the first system message is used for indicating the terminal accessing the network through the expanded CCCH. The embodiment of the present invention can be applied to the wireless communication network, especially be applicable to the situation when a great deal of Machine to Machine (M2M) terminals accessing the network at the same time.</p> |
