PURPOSE: A self-air respiratory device is provided to prevent field of vision from being interrupted due to difference of temperature. CONSTITUTION: A self-air respiratory device comprises: an air tank(10) which is filled with respiration gas including oxygen; a first air regulator(20) connected to the exit of the air tank; a first hose assembly(30) connected to the first air regulator; a transparent lens(41) prepared in the front of a face piece; a second air regulator(50) which is arranged in the lower part of the transparent lens and is connected to the first hose assembly; and an air spray unit(60) connected to the first hose assembly.
