<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely collect information on a device to be monitored while reducing the load of a device monitoring device and an administrator. <P>SOLUTION: In the device monitoring system, in which one or more devices including at least one device capable of operating with both of PULL communication and PUSH communication are connected with a device monitoring device for monitoring the one or more devices by communication network, the device includes a storage unit that stores device information to be notified to the device monitoring device.
