PURPOSE: A pulverized coal injection device having a sticking material removal function is provided to efficiently inject pulverized coal into a furnace by preventing the blockage of a lance part. CONSTITUTION: A pulverized coal injection device having a sticking material removal function comprises a lance part(110), a pulverized coal supply part, and a penetrating material supply part. The lance part is installed in a furnace(1) and communicated with the inside of the furnace. The pulverized coal supply part presses pulverized coal to the lance part so that the pulverized coal is supplied through the lance part to the furnace. The penetrating material supply part supplies a penetrating material to the lance part in order to remove pulverized coal attached to the lance part, and the penetrating material supply part includes a hopper unit which receives the penetrating material, a pressing unit which presses the hopper unit in order to transfer the penetrating material of the hopper unit, and a connecting unit which connects the hopper unit to the lance part so that the penetrating material is transferred from the hopper unit to the lance part.
