PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor type storage battery having a high electrostatic capacity, a high charge-and-discharge efficiency even after leaving unused for a long time, and superior in resistance to pressure, and to provide a compact and lightweight on-board storage system.SOLUTION: The capacitor type storage battery includes: a conductive path; a plurality of conductive particles or particle layers including semiconductor particles existing in mutually contacted and with the number of particles 15% deduced from the larger side of planar area in particle distribution by planar area and their maximum width of <100 nm; and insulating films lying between particle layers. The insulating film is composed of non-alkali glass or the like, polyethylene, and polypropylene or the like, and has a thickness of ≥10 μm and ≤30 μm. The maximum width of the conductive path, the conductive particle, the semiconductor particle, or a particle aggregate wherein a plurality of these particles assemble is ≤10 μm, gaps or insulators exist between the particles or the particle aggregate, and the insulating film lies between the particle layers wherein the distance between particles or particle aggregates are in a range of ≥30 nm and ≤3,000 nm. |
