PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing and drying machine that is capable of condensing air used to dry a cloth, thereby minimizing flow resistance, improving drying efficiency, without use of cooling water, and reducing maintenance costs.SOLUTION: The washing and drying machine includes: a tub provided in a cabinet in a suspended manner; a drum rotatably provided inside the tub; a drying duct, having a drying heater and a circulating fan, the drying duct supplying hot air into the drum to dry the cloth; and an air-cooling condensing unit that performs heat exchange between air introduced from the outside of the cabinet and a circumferential surface of the tub to condense air used to dry the cloth in the drum. |
