<p>Polymer composite layer comprises a first layer and a second layer, which is at least partially contacting the first layer. The first layer comprises a polyurethane polymer, which is obtained from the reaction of polyisocyanate and/or a polyisocyanate prepolymer, with an at least a difunctional compound reactive against isocyanate group and a monomeric, monofunctional aromatic alcohol. The second layer comprises thiophene polymer substituted in 3- or 4-position made from thiophene monomer (I) and polystyrene sulfonate. Polymer composite layer comprises a first layer and a second layer, which is at least partially contacting the first layer. The first layer comprises a polyurethane polymer, which is obtained from the reaction of polyisocyanate and/or a polyisocyanate prepolymer, with at least a difunctional compound reactive against isocyanate group and a monomeric, monofunctional aromatic alcohol. The second layer comprises thiophene polymer made from thiophene monomer of formula (I), which is substituted in 3- or 4-position, and polystyrene sulfonate. either R1, R2 : H, alkyl, aryl, alkoxy, aryloxy; or R1R2 : optionally substituted alkylenedioxy. An independent claim is also included for producing the polymer composite layer, comprising providing a polyurethane polymer, which is obtained from the reaction of polyisocyanate and/or a polyisocyanate prepolymer, with an at least a difunctional compound reactive against isocyanate group and the monomeric, monofunctional aromatic alcohol, and at least partially contacting the polyurethane polymer with a mixture comprising thiophene polymer made from (I), which is substituted in 3- or 4-position and polystyrene sulfonate.
