Heat exchanger

The heat exchanger has an electronic resistance heating element (2), particularly positive temperature coefficient-element (3). Two conductors (4) or the resistance heating element are arranged in a hollow space (19) that is defined by a hollow space wall (17). An electronic insulating element (22) is a sealing compound (23) which partially fills the hollow space. The conductors or the resistance heating element are isolated electrically by the hollow space wall in a partial manner. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a heat exchanger.
