PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage the action history of a customer, and to allow the customer to easily check his or her own action history.

SOLUTION: The card use history registration device 110 is configured to: receive card settlement information including the card number of a customer; extract the mail address of the customer registered by the customer in advance from the card number of the customer included in the received card settlement information; create use confirmation mail on the basis of store specification information and date specification information included in the card settlement information; transmit the created use confirmation mail to the extracted mail address; and register information on the transmission history of the transmitted use confirmation mail and information on the reception history of reply mail to the transmitted use confirmation mail in a card settlement information database 600.
