PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input/output control device capable of guaranteeing the consistency of data without complicating a software program constructed of a plurality of tasks or complicating hardware that arbitrates an access request to a main storage. SOLUTION: A task information managing unit 41 determines a peripheral device 7 that is the subject of exclusive access based on a task currently executed, while using an input/output control table 42 that indicates the relationship between each task and the peripheral device 7 serving as the subject of exclusive access to a data input/output area 31, in order of execution of the tasks. An exclusive access signal output unit 45 outputs an exclusive access signal indicating the peripheral device 7 that is the subject of exclusive access determined by the task information managing unit 41. Based on the exclusive access signal, a peripheral device interface 6 stops input and output from the peripheral device that is the subject of exclusive access, based on the exclusive access signal.
