PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively attract people's attention to digital signage. SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: an application acceptance part 101 that causes a server device 2 to obtain a user terminal ID by giving a direction to a KIOSK terminal 1 having a reader writer 17 that can communicate with a user terminal 4 through the reader writer 17, and accepts an application for an event made using a display 34 of a digital signage device 3; an information acquisition control part 102 that causes the user terminal 4 to obtain a program and an avatar for the event by giving a direction through the reader writer 17; an output request acceptance part 103 that accepts a gift output request by acquiring the user terminal ID through the reader writer 17 after the event; an authentication request part 104 that requests authentication of the user terminal 4 by transmitting the user terminal ID obtained by the output request acceptance part 103 to the server device 2; and a gift output part 105 that outputs a gift when the user terminal 4 is authenticated.
