PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane-electrode assembly for a fuel cell, a method of manufacturing the same, and a fuel cell system.

SOLUTION: The membrane-electrode assembly for the fuel cell includes a polymer electrolyte membrane, an adhesive layer positioned on the polymer electrolyte layer, and a catalyst layer arranged on the adhesive layer, and the adhesive layer and a part of the catalyst layer are overlapped. Methods of manufacturing these and the fuel cell system including these are provided.
