A sludge drying method is provided for supplying a specified carrier gas to sludge indirectly heated in an indirect heating drier, discharging moisture evaporated from sludge and the carrier gas together out of the indirect heating drier, thereby heating the sludge, and introducing an odour gas produced by the sludge and the carrier gas together into the indirect heating drier. |
