<p>This invention is directed to reduction of collisions of pieces of terminal information, which are to be transmitted, in consideration of terminals, which cannot perform the carrier sensing, so as to avoid collisions of wireless communications. A transmission timing control means (3), when having received from an information processing means (5) a request of transmission of terminal information (to be transmitted), acquires past-communication-band information of the local terminal from an information storing means (4) and determines whether to control the transmission timing. Further, the transmission timing control means (3) calculates, based on a history of past-reception-power information acquired from the information storing means (4), a back-off parameter to be controlled, thereby setting the back-off parameter to a transmitting means (1).</p> |
