PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ID card having hidden information, and a card case which allows the verification function part thereof to visualize and display the hidden information in the card so as to perform the desired verification, by housing the card in the ID card case. SOLUTION: The ID card is provided which has a hidden information part having the hidden information, and allows the hidden information to be visualized by housing the card in the card case including the verification function part for visualizing the hidden information and verifying the content of the hidden information, and the card case for housing the ID card is also provided.
