PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid pumping device buffering an impact when an exhaust valve element is seated on an exhaust valve port. SOLUTION: A sealed vessel 2 is provided with an operating fluid introduction port 11, an operating fluid discharge port 13, a liquid inlet port 16, and a liquid discharge port 17. An air supply valve 18 is disposed to the operating fluid introduction port 11, and an exhaust valve 19 is disposed to the operating fluid discharge port 13. A snap mechanism 5 using a spring is operated to snap-move a valve stem operation rod 28, along with upward and downward movement of a float 3 disposed in the sealed vessel 2, so as to switch between open and close of the air supply valve 18 and the exhaust valve 19 through the valve stem operation rod 28. The exhaust valve 19 has an exhaust valve element 30 connected to the valve stem operation rod 28, and an exhaust valve port 32 from/on which the exhaust valve element 30 separates/is seated. The exhaust valve element 30 is connected to the valve stem operation rod 28 to be displaced in a direction separating from/seated on the exhaust valve port 32, and a coil spring 33 is disposed between the exhaust valve element 30 and the valve stem operation rod 28.
