PURPOSE: A pointing module and manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize the thickness of a module which is mounted to the portable electronic device. CONSTITUTION: A sensor member(20) has an electronic(20b) on upper surface of the die(20a) with a sensor die. A FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board)(30) is electrically connected to the electrode. By being connected to the FPCB, a PCB transmits an electrical signal transmitted from a sensor member to a main board(60). The FPCB includes rands(50,52). The sensor member is connected to the main substrate. |
