FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for detection of leaks in channel of pipelines consists of jacket communicating with channel, of valve including seat of valve and gate unit travelling between open and closed position relative to seat, of bypass channel around valve, of flow rate metre connected to bypass channel for determination of fluid medium flow rate through it and of first mechanism actuating gate unit into closed position. The device can also include the second mechanism separate from the first mechanism for maintaining the gate unit in a closed position till there is reached threshold pressure drop. The first mechanism can operate under floatation mode, and the second mechanism can operate under magnetism mode. ^ EFFECT: detection of small leaks in channel of pipeline at simultaneous reduction of flow restriction through leak sensor. ^ 32 cl, 4 dwg |
