<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain heating efficiency of a heat carrier in a preheater to stabilize the quality of a formed gas. <P>SOLUTION: The gasification system of a ligneous biomass carries out thermal cracking and steam reforming at a prescribed temperature by feeding the ligneous biomass raw material to a thermal cracker 4 while circulating the heat carrier heated by the preheater 2 through a reformer 3, the thermal cracker 4 and a separator 5, and feeding the steam to the reformer 3, separates char generated at the thermal cracker 4 from the heat carrier at the separator 5, burns the char in a hot blast stove 1, and feeds the resultant hot air to the preheater 2. The preheater 2 has a heat carrier passage extended along the upper and lower direction, a plurality of hot air-blowing openings formed at an interval in the periphery direction in the inner periphery of the heat carrier passage, and allowing ash and dust to pass but not allowing the heat carrier to pass, a circular distributing and feeding passage formed so as to surround the periphery of the heat carrier passage and communicating with the hot air-blowing openings, and an ash and dust-taking out port communicating the distributing and feeding passage with the exterior. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
