<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device of an optical connector which prevents an excessive force from being applied to a to-be-cleaned object while cleaning the optical connector structured so that the to-be-cleaned object protrudes from the optical connector, and which therefore prevents the to-be-cleaned object form being broken during the cleaning. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning device includes a guiding member 102 attached to a tip portion of an extending part 20. The guiding member 102 includes a tube-shaped guiding body 107. The guiding body 107 is formed so as to be elastically bendable. Wiping cleaning is performed by such an operation that the to-be-cleaned object 61 is inserted into an insertion hole 116 of the guiding member 102 attached to the tip portion of the extending part 20 and a cleaning body 2 is pressed against an connecting terminal surface 61a of the to-be-cleaned object 61. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
