PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scheme for improving security in using an image formation device by restricting the use of a storage medium to be used for authentication according to the use of an authentication system without using the storage medium to be used for authentication.

SOLUTION: A management device communicable with the image formation device receives user information inputted by the formation device, and restricts and sets storage medium information of the storage medium corresponding to the user information so as to restrict the use of the formation device using the storage medium corresponding to the user information according to authentication depending on the received user information.
