PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to enable a user to directly confirm whether a contact electrode is contacted with a second electrode and a spacer on a display device by forming a contact electrode is formed through a transparent conductive layer. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor(T) is formed on a first substrate(310) according to a sub pixel. A second substrate(510) faces the first substrate. A first electrode(320) is formed on the second substrate. A spacer(350) is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode(380) is formed on the spacer.
