PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a saccharimeter of a food material to the heating pot stably in the heat-resistant condition. SOLUTION: A notch hole (5a) is established in the bottom of a food heating pot (5), an insulator acceptance mouth cylinder (52) which matches and communicates with the notch hole and its surrounding cover mouth cylinder (51) project outward from the bottom of the food heating pot integrally. Meanwhile, the lens barrel (53) of a saccharimeter which detects a refractive index of the food material (M) being heated by the food heating pot is inserted into the insulator acceptance mouth cylinder until the depth of the position where the tip face corresponds and matches the bottom face of the food heating pot or the depth with a certain amount inward projection, it is also fixed and maintained in retaining condition with an insulator (72) which is inserted and fixed between the outer periphery of the tube and inner periphery of the insulator acceptance mouth cylinder and a plurality of set bolts (81) thrust into the insulator from a radial direction of the insulator acceptance mouth cylinder.
