<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy adhesive polyester film with an antistatic performance and excellent in adhesion with a functional layer at high temperature and humidity. <P>SOLUTION: The easy adhesive polyester film has a coating layer at least on one side of the polyester film.
