PURPOSE: An ARM assembly with an installation angle adjusting function of a lamp and lamp assembly using the same are provided to accurately adjust the orientation angle of the lamp, thereby optimizing the feature and uniformity of an orientation curve of the lamp. CONSTITUTION: An arm pole(100) is connected to an arm(70). An inclination angle adjusting arm head(200) includes first and second inclination angle adjusting members(220,230). A fixing plate(300) fixes a head(310). First and second cable receiving units(102,302) receive a power cable. The arm is connected to a vertical pole in a branch type. A plurality of penetration holes(103) is formed in the arm pole. The inclination angle adjusting arm head is connected to the arm pole and the fixing plate respectively.
