<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent method and system for isolating and analyzing an analyte by solving problems wherein contamination may be introduced from the outside, for example, by contaminated air flowing into a system, or from the inside, for example, by mutual contamination between samples although preventive measures to prevent contamination of a sample must be taken before processing and detection to avoid an erroneous detection test. <P>SOLUTION: The method and the system for automatically analyzing a nucleic acid include a plurality of separate modules, wherein an air flow of an arbitrary module within each module is controlled, and at least an air flow is separated between a module for refining by isolating an analyte and a module for analyzing the analyte. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
