The surface is provided with a plurality of projections, a plurality of ridge lines connecting the plurality of projections with respective saddle-shaped portions therebetween, and a plurality of holes respectively defined by at least three arbitrary projections among the plurality of projections and ridge lines connecting the at least three arbitrary projections, wherein an average distance (p) between the centers of the adjacent holes and an average depth (r) of the saddle-shaped portion satisfies 0.15=r/p=0.60.
