<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a field emission lighting system which suppresses light emission unevenness. <P>SOLUTION: An electron passing through an opening part of a gate electrode is deflected by deviating positions of a center of an opening part of a cathode mask and a center of an opening part of the gate electrode in a parallel direction to deflect an electron orbit. Thereby, electrons can be collided in a phosphor on an anode electrode even at a portion corresponding to a part except for the opening part of the gate electrode to suppress light emission unevenness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
