PURPOSE: A fermented gas discharge control packing and a stopper including thereof are provided to prevent the leakage of contents from a fermented food container by property sealing the container. CONSTITUTION: A fermented gas discharge control packing includes a first synthetic resin film(10), a second synthetic resin film(20), and a non-woven fabric layer(30). The first synthetic resin film including a cut-out line(11) for discharging gas, and formed with a material selected from the group consisting of a polyethylene film, a polypropylene film, a PP/PE laminate film, a PP/PE/PP laminate film, and a PET/CPP laminate film. The second synthetic resin film including another cut-out line(21) crossing the cut-out line on the first synthetic resin film.
