PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removing device for suspended particles capable of minimizing the pressure loss of a suction airflow by a fan, efficiently removing the suspended particles and keeping indoor air comfortable. SOLUTION: The removing device includes a cylindrical fan casing 33 so that a flow channel could be provided from an inlet 40 on the lower end to an outlet 43 on the upper end, a guiding casing 34 which is inserted into a clearance gap of the upper end of the fan casing and whose lower end is closed, a guiding airflow generation part 37 provided in the flow channel so as to suck the air in through the inlet and to blow the air out of the outlet between the upper end of the fan casing and the guiding casing, and an absorbent 45 provided on the peripheral surface of the guiding casing. The air blown out of the outlet is guided toward the peripheral surface of the guiding casing so that a guiding airflow could be generated to get the air containing the suspended particles guided by the guiding airflow.
