<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric heating mat composed ofa thermoplastic resin sheet having a radial spiral groove at a constant pitch around the center of the mat and a heating wire inserted along the groove of the sheet, which prevents short-circuiting caused by contacting heating wires due to kinks without deteriorating heat generation density. <P>SOLUTION: The electric heating mat includes the thermoplastic resin sheet having the rectangle spiral groove in the radial direction at the constant pitch around the center part, and the heating wire 6 inserted along the groove of the sheet.
