PURPOSE: A recombinant vector with improved bio-ethanol using glycerol as a fermentation source is provided to produce ethanol of high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant vector pGcyaDak contains glycerol dehydrogenase and dihydroxyacetone kinase gene. The glycerol dihydrogase has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. A glycerol dihydroganse gene has a base sequence of sequence number 2. The dihydroxyacetone kinase has an amino acid of sequence number 3. The dihydroxyacetone kinase has a base sequence of sequence number 4.
