PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a method of estimating use conditions for rationally estimating radial load, axial load, and the number of revolutions from an after-use bearing. SOLUTION: X-ray analysis is performed for a turning wheel and a fixed wheel of an after-use rolling bearing to obtain an estimate value of a maximum rolling element load of the turning wheel from the result of the X-ray analysis while acquiring estimate values of a rolling element load in one or more arbitrary positions of the fixed wheel (S1). Load distribution on the bearing is estimated from the obtained estimate value of the maximum rolling element load of the turning wheel and from the estimate values of the rolling element load in one or more arbitrary positions of the fixed wheel (S2). The radial load and the axial load are estimated from the load distribution and from the contact angles of a rolling element with the inner and outer rings of the bearing (S3). The number of used revolutions is estimated from the load distribution and the result of previously finding relations between the number N of times of loading, repeated stress S, and a half-power band width w(°) found by X-ray analysis (S4).
